Refund Policy - Exercise Theory / Get Up! Stand Up!

General Policy

All sales of the Get Up! Stand Up! Course are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, inability to participate, or failure to use the Course, except where required by law.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law or any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply in your country. You may be entitled to a remedy (such as a refund or replacement) if the Course is not delivered as described or is faulty.

Digital Product Access

- As the Course is a digital product, access is granted immediately upon purchase.
- By purchasing, you acknowledge that once access is provided, you no longer have an automatic right to cancel under digital content rules (such as EU/UK consumer law), unless required by law.
